VRTECHH provides AI Voice Assistant, IVR, SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, cloud hosting, and software engineering services. Specific project deliverables, SLA parameters, and milestones are outlined in individual service orders and statements of work.

2. Acceptable Use and Regulatory Compliance

You agree to use all telecommunications and messaging services in full compliance with Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, TRAI guidelines, and Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR).

Sending unsolicited spam, deceptive messages, phishing attempts, or content violating third-party rights will result in immediate service termination without refund.

3. Fees and Invoicing

Services are billed according to agreed monthly, quarterly, or milestone fee schedules. Applicable Indian taxes (GST) will be charged on all taxable supplies.

4. Service Availability and SLA

VRTECHH targets 99.9% uptime across cloud infrastructure and telephony gateways, excluding scheduled maintenance windows and upstream telecom carrier outages.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
