Anti-Spam Policy

All marketing and commercial messages transmitted through VRTECHH gateways must be directed exclusively to individuals who have provided verifiable, explicit consent (opt-in) to receive communications from your organization.

Purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party phone lists are strictly prohibited.

Commercial SMS in India must adhere strictly to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) TCCCPR regulations. All headers, message templates, and sender entity IDs must be registered and approved on telecom operator DLT portals prior to transmission.

WhatsApp messaging must comply with Meta Business Messaging Policies. Automated promotional messages must utilize Meta-approved marketing templates with clear opt-out mechanisms.

Any client account found sending unsolicited messages or accumulating excessive spam complaints will face immediate gateway suspension and operator reporting.
