Refund Policy

Setup fees, DLT registration assistance, onboarding charges, and dedicated development sprints are non-refundable once technical work or carrier filings have commenced.

Prepaid credits for SMS, WhatsApp conversation fees, and telephony minutes are credited directly to your operator account. Unused balance may be rolled over or adjusted upon contract renewal per your master agreement.

Monthly software subscriptions (e.g. shared inbox access, call center monitoring) may be cancelled with 30 days written notice before the next billing cycle.

If you identify a billing discrepancy, notify billing@vrtechh.com within 14 calendar days of invoice date with relevant transaction logs.
