Your information is used solely to provision services, configure telecom gateways, deliver customer notifications, invoice services, and provide 24/7 technical support.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties for advertising or commercial marketing purposes.
All customer data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS cryptographic protocols. Communication records and API access keys are stored in access-controlled environments in compliance with Indian IT laws.
Our engineering team enforces strict least-privilege access controls and continuous server monitoring.
To deliver services such as WhatsApp Business API, DLT-approved SMS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365, necessary account identifiers are transmitted to verified infrastructure partners (including Meta, telecom operators, Google, and Microsoft) in strict accordance with service level agreements.
